Do I Have Low Self-Esteem?
Signs of low self-esteem:
- Negative thoughts towards yourself.
- Self-Blame. (Everything is your fault).
- Constantly criticizing others.
- Victimizing yourself/Feeling sorry for yourself.
- Fear of change and judgement.
- Regularly comparing yourself to others.
- Reacting either over-emotionally or with no emotion at all.
- Frequent regrets.
- Always taking things very personally.
- Denying the reality of things.
